The brief

Serious Amazon sellers were stitching together five SaaS tools — one for inventory, one for repricing, one for ads, one for reimbursements, one for P&L. Cheapr wanted a single operating layer that pulls from SP-API and runs every daily workflow from the same dashboard, with proper multi-store isolation.

The approach

  1. 01

Architected a multi-tenant Next.js application with row-level isolation per seller account, so every sub-store inherits the same security boundary.

  2. 02

Built a hardened Amazon SP-API integration layer with rate-limit awareness, exponential retry, and per-marketplace queues — workers in BullMQ, state in Redis and Postgres.

  3. 03

Modelled inventory, orders, ads and reimbursements as event-sourced streams, so dashboards stay sub-second even on multi-million-row datasets.

  4. 04

Shipped a configurable repricing engine and a P&L view that reconciles Amazon fees, FBA storage, refunds and ad spend against COGS in near real time.

The outcome

Five separate seller tools collapsed into one operating layer. Sellers run repricing, P&L and reimbursements from a single dashboard, and the platform scales linearly as new stores onboard.
