The brief
The shop's identity is unusual — a Renaissance-inspired barbershop in Galatsi — and a generic small-business template would have flattened it. We needed a site that reads like a gallery, books in two taps, and switches between Greek and English without breaking voice.
The approach
- 01
Designed an editorial homepage that puts the gallery and team front and centre — the price list and contact info live behind clear CTAs, not at the top.
- 02
Wrote the site in Next.js with bilingual EL/EN, locale-aware routing and proper hreflang — no flicker on language switch.
- 03
Integrated Setmore as the booking provider so the team keeps their existing schedule and notifications, but the experience starts on the brand site.
- 04
Tuned everything for mobile-first — most visitors arrive on a phone, ready to book.
The outcome
A brand site that feels like the shop — not like a template — with booking flowing into the team's existing schedule and bilingual visitors landing on a coherent experience either way.
