The brief

Avaton Group curates distinctive houses on Syros and wanted a single, bilingual home for the brand — somewhere guests discover each property, get a genuine feel for the island, and reach out to book, without being bounced to a generic listings portal.

The approach

    Built the site in Next.js with bilingual EL/EN routing, hreflang and structured data from day one.

  2. 02

    Designed each property page around photography and place — every house carries its own gallery, character and location story rather than a spec sheet.

  3. 03

    Added a Syros guide layer (beaches, practical info) so the site sells the island, not just the rooms.

  4. 04

    Wired direct booking enquiries straight to the team, keeping the guest relationship first-party.
