The brief

Wineries were sending visitors to generic OTAs and losing both margin and direct contact. WineKite needed branded estate pages with proper tasting and event flows, real availability against winery staff and rooms, and a checkout that producers can run themselves without a developer.

The approach

    Built a tenant-per-winery model: every estate gets its own brand surface, photography and tone, while sharing the booking, payments and analytics layer.

  2. 02

    Designed availability around real winery constraints — group size, language, season, staff and physical spaces — so overbooking can't happen.

  3. 03

    Shipped Stripe-based checkout with deposits and cancellation policies, plus producer-side reconciliation against payouts.

  4. 04

    Made the platform a module of Enowise so guest data, brand and analytics flow back into the winery's operating layer.

The outcome

Producers run direct, branded bookings against real availability — visitor data and revenue land in the same operating layer as the rest of the winery, not in a third-party silo.
